How long have you been a fan I have been a fan of NASCAR since I attended Champions Week in NYC in 2005.
How did your interest in racing start While attending college in NYC I went to Champions Week. I was standing on 5th Ave. waiting for the drivers to come in their race cars and thinking What am I doing here? The cars shook the buildings with their engines and I could feel the cars all through my body. It was the coolest experience ever and I have been hooked ever since.
Who was your first favorite driver My first favorite driver, and still a favorite would have to be Jeff Gordon.
Who is your current favorite driverJimmie Johnson!! All the way!
If you had three hours to spend with your favorite driver, what would you doIf I could spend three hours with Jimmie I would meet Jimmie at HMS for a tour of the 48 race shop. Then drive to Lowe's Motor Speedway where Jimmie and I would take a few laps around the track. Jimmie behind the wheel of course. He is the master. Then we would drive to my house so he could meet my cat Jimmie Jeff Jr.
What is your most memorable moment in racingEvery time Jimmie takes the checkered flag is a memorable moment. When Jimmie won his first Championship in 2006 is something that will live on in my heart forever.
How many races do you attend each yearI attend the All Star Race at Lowe's Motor Speedway every year.
What is your favorite trackThe Beast of the SouthEast- Lowe's Motor Speedway.
If you worked in racing, what job would you do I would own my own team. I'd call it Triple J Motorsports- after my cat Jimmie Jeff Jr.
If you were in charge of NASCAR, what would you changeEvery driver should have to qualify under time. None of this 35th position and above in owner points rule. I would also ease up on the restrictions on the car chassis. If a team can build a better, faster, more aerodynamic race car than they can race it.
