Characters from DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: DWA) “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted,” which comes to theaters in 3D on June 8^th, will grace the hood of Jimmie Johnson’s No. 48 Lowe’s Chevrolet at Dover (Del.) International Speedway. Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman, the famous Zoosters from the animated Madagascar films, will be riding with Johnson for a special paint scheme to help kick off Lowe’s special DreamWorks-themed Build and Grow clinics, which will be offered at Lowe’s stores throughout the summer.

Families will have the opportunity to participate in the free clinics, which begin June 9, by registering at www.lowes.com/buildandgrow. Children participating in each Build and Grow clinic receive a Lowe’s kid’s apron, goggles and a wooden project to build. In addition to Madagascar 3, Kung Fu Panda and Shrek themed Build and Grow projects also will be featured.

Kids attending the Dover race will have an opportunity to get involved by visiting the Lowe’s display where they may assemble a special edition Lowe’s Build and Grow project of Johnson’s Madagascar 3 racecar.  The display will be located in the eight-acre FanZone, outside Turn 4 of Dover (Del.) International Speedway. The wooden cars available at the Lowe’s display are a limited edition Build and Grow kit that will be sold in stores while supplies last.

In addition, Johnson will make a special appearance on raceday, Sunday, June 3 at 10:15 EDT. The five-time champion will help kids in attendance assemble the Build and Grow cars and host a kids-oriented question-and-answer session.  Any child is welcome to attend and Dover is offering a special $10 junior ticket for children ages 14 and younger.
