About five and half years.
How did your interest in racing start?
My late husband used to watch NASCAR races weekly. I sat doing puzzles watching him enjoy the sport.
Who was your favorite first driver?
My husband's favorite, Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Who is your favorite current driver?
Jimmie Johnson
If you had three hours to spend with your favorite driver, what would you do?
Perhaps invite him to a Red Hat Society luncheon or just enjoy his company.
What is your most memorable moment in racing?
Either seeing Jimmie win his first championship or perhaps getting my picture taking with the Lowe's No. 48 at my local Lowe's store.
How many races do you attend each year?
I've never been to a race before but I watch the races weekly on TV.
What is your favorite track?
Lowe's Motor Speedway or wherever Jimmie is doing well at.
If you worked in racing, what would you do?
Is the position open for President of his fan club?
If you were in charge of NASCAR, what would you change?
I would level the playing field more. It seems if you don't drive for a big name, you're not going anywhere.
