How long have you been a fan?
I have been a NASCAR fan since 2001.
How did your interest in racing start?
It started because UPS started sponsoring Dale Jarrett's No. 88 car. I had to watch the Daytona 500 to see what the new UPS car looked like and have been hooked ever since.
Who was your favorite first driver?
Being a UPS employee, I had to root for D.J.
Who is your favorite current driver?
Jimmie Johnson, of course! I actually used to work for Lowe's part-time so when Mr. Hendrick and Jeff Gordon announced that Jimmie would pilot the No. 48 Lowe's car full-time in 2002, I became a fan and have been ever since.
If you had three hours to spend with your favorite driver, what would you do?
Probably just hang out so I could see the other side of Jimmie so I could get to know him personally. I also would love to drive the Lowe's car!
What is your most memorable moment in racing?
Attending my first race, the Coke 600, in 2003. Also, seeing the Hendrick shop!
How many races do you attend each year?
Usually two. I have been to seven races and Jimmie has won five of them! The two races I usually go to are at Martinsville and the Coke 600.
What is your favorite track?
Martinsville, or should I say, Johnson-ville! I love the racing there! The hot dogs are awesome too.
If you worked in racing, what would you do?
I would do anything just to get my foot in the door but I think I would want to be a driver. I really like to go fast!
If you were in charge of NASCAR, what would you change?
I would bring back some of the old tracks that are NASCAR racing at its best. Rockingham used to put on some of the best racing of the year. I would also build some more short tracks like Martinsville and Richmond ans less mile-and-a-half tracks.
