Hello everyone! Welcome to Earl’s World! I am finally back I hope that is a good thing!

Since the last time here so much has happened that I do not know where to begin. To start with I want to let everyone know that I sure would like some feedback  and some good questions. I am going to give away a team race weekend shirt to the best question for the  month of March so don’t forget to send your address in with your questions or comments. I will be giving things away throughout the year, so keep them coming! (One gift per address please, that is my small print that the lawyer told me to write!)

So after all the long hours of sanding and painting and rebuilding, wind tunnel time, straight line testing, new paint schemes, and four episodes of HBO 24/7 with Jimmie Johnson, we had an okay Daytona speedweeks. The end result was not what we were looking for. What happened in the race ended up being a burned up left-rear wheel bearing. Wow! That is something I have not seen in awhile. When we get all the test results back I will tell you what we found out was the cause.

Got to drive the 48 hauler out here to California and am driving the 24 hauler to Las Vegas. I have some pictures that I will post next week.

Hope everyone is doing great and I am looking forward to writing and will do a better job getting more out there. Just an update - I am down 41 lbs. since Homestead so bring on them cookies!!!

See ya next week! Earl
